Unlike flat-pack solutions, our garden rooms are constructed using traditional building methods with proper foundations, full insulation, and bespoke carpentry, resulting in a permanent structure that's built to last and tailored exactly to your needs.

We're based in Stroud, Gloucestershire, and typically work within an hour's travel from our base. This covers Gloucestershire and surrounding areas including parts of Wiltshire, Worcestershire, and the Cotswolds. In many cases, garden rooms fall under permitted development rights and don't require planning permission, though this depends on factors like size, height, and proximity to boundaries. We can discuss your specific situation during our consultation and advise on whether planning permission is likely to be needed for your project.

Timescales vary depending on the size and complexity of the project, but a typical garden room usually takes between 4-8 weeks from start to finish. This includes groundwork, construction, first and second fix carpentry, electrics, and all finishing touches. We'll give you a clear timeline during the quotation process.

We handle everything from initial consultation and design through to the finished, fully decorated space. This includes groundwork and foundations, structural build, roofing, windows and doors, insulation, electrical installation, plastering, carpentry, and decoration. You'll receive a complete, ready-to-use space with no need to coordinate multiple tradespeople.
